Process

The ordering process through Metalectric Creations is as follows:

1. An email is sent to me regarding the project including details and custom requests.
2. I create the project and send back concepts and proofs through email.
3. The project is approved and I request payment through PayPal.*
4. I receive payment and upload the project as a ZIP to metalectricity.com.
5. I send an email to you with the link to the ZIP file.
6. Additional limited customer support and small changes may be made for two weeks. Large changes or extensive support will require additional payment.

All project files (PSD, FLA, INDD, etc) and product files (JPG, SWF, JS, HTML, PDF) are included in the ZIP file for convenience.

*Use of PayPal does not require a PayPal account.
